Use this form to reserve equipment from UCSC Receiving Services
* Rental hours are from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
* Rentals scheduled after 4pm may be picked up the following day.
* Weekend scheduled events will have equipment dropped off late Friday, and picked up early Monday.
* Labor rate is $65.00 per hour for deliveries, set-up, and pick-up.
* Rentals are per event, with a 4 day turnaround.
* Clean, stack and prepare all items for pick up in the location specified at the time of rental.
* Items are available on a "first come, first served" basis.
* All items are expected to be returned in the same condition they were rented.
* An additional charge will apply for any damaged or missing items.
