Equipment Rental Overview
Summary: Receiving Services provides equipment rental services to the campus. These are the rates and instructions for renting equipment.

- Rental hours are from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Rentals scheduled after 4pm may be picked up the following day.
- Labor rate is $57.00 per hour for deliveries, set-up, and pick-up.
- Rentals are per event, with a 4 day turnaround.
- Clean, stack and prepare all items for pick up in the location specified at the time of rental.
- Items are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- All items are expected to be returned in the same condition they were rented. An additional charge will apply for any damaged or missing items.
