Scheduling
To schedule a move, please fill out the moving request form with the move details, including:
- Contact Person
- Phone Number
- Quantity and description of items to be moved
- Requested move date and time
- Location of pieces to be moved, including building name and room number.
- Destination location, including building name and room number.
- FOAPAL to be charged
Please allow as much lead time as possible in advance of your move so that we may avoid scheduling conflicts. Move requests are scheduled on a “first-come, first-served” basis; however, we try to accommodate “short notice” moves when requested.
Estimates
At your request, staff from Receiving Services will arrange with your department for advance assessment of the move and provide a rough estimate of the costs.
